What are the requirements to be your distributor/exclusive agent?
The requirements differ from regions and countries. The most basic requirement is that the distributors/exclusive agents should mainly sell to stores. If you want to know more, please contact the person in charge of the corresponding region.
How do I apply to be your distributor/exclusive agent?
Please click here to fill in the application form and give a brief introduction to your company and its main business. The manager responsible for the area will contact you to discuss the details.
What is the definition of distributor/exclusive agent?
We have set up our North American Branch and will set our Europe Branch in 2025. In North America and Europe, we prefer regional distributors and in other countries, we will set up exclusive agents.
How long is the exclusive agency period and how to renew it after the expiration?
The term of the exclusive agent is 1~2 years. If you hit the sales target for the first year, we will inform you and continue the cooperation. If the you fail to meet the sales target, we will investigate and analyze, and then inform you whether to continue the cooperation.
What kind of support will you provide to distributors/exclusive agents?
We have a professional design team to provide high-quality product images and videos. We also have a professional marketing team to help do social media promotion. If the distributors/exclusive agents participate in local aquarium fairs or other aquarium related activities, we can provide the latest samples, and help design advertising images.
What products can distributors/exclusive agents sell?
Distributors/exclusive agents can sell any product they are interested in.
What is the warranty on your products?
